Very interesting news came from Berlin in the end of the last week. International Olympic committee decided to expand the number of Olympic sports. Next to golf and rugby we will see in London 2012 fight for medal in women box too. In this case the word fight is right one!

The president of International Olympic committee Jacques Rogge referred in according with question of women box, that it should be great supplement of the games, because box was the only one sport where women didn’t participate, till now. The diametrically different opinion has prizefighter and member of NUTREND team Lukáš Konečný. He has nothing again women box on professional level, but to Olympic games it doesn’t fits. “I don’t want to be accuse, that I don’t want to see the women in ring to fight for victory. It is absolute false! But to power women box to Olympic games I feel like a wrong decision,” told member of Czech team in Olympic Games in Sydney 2000. “In my opinion are Olympic games overfull with so many sports at this moment, so I don’t think that this sport will catch many viewers.”
