Road cycling race Praha – Karlovy Vary – Praha belongs to the oldest and longest-lasting classic road cycling race held in the Czech Republic. The tradition started in 1921 and right now this race belongs to the most prestigious race in the Czech Republic. The race is 263 km long. The tract is not easy and cyclist has to fight not only with the track itself but they also have to meet strict time limits in several time check points. On the other hand there are nice prices and several special bonuses prepared for the racers so that is why there are always not only the best Czech cyclists at the starting line but also many international and foreign teams that also took part in the race.
